Charnwood quality, efficiency and poise

We went for the Skye E700 as it delivers all of the features to meet our needs – size, ease of use and wi-fi enabled. Simply a joy to use – and expertly installed by Stoake Services of London.

Simply brilliant stove

Recently moved home and we installed a Charnwood C4 stove. We had a similar stove in our previous home which we didn’t think could be bettered, but the little Charnwood has surpassed all expectations. It is so simple to use, always lights first time and it gives out much more heat than it should for the size. Classique Fires in Carrickfergus were very helpful throughout the process and their fitters went above and beyond.

Excellent Stove and Service

This is the second Charnwood Aire 5 Stove we have bought. It is an outstanding stove . It looks very modern ,has a large glass to view the fire and is very efficient. This is also the second time we have used The Woodburning Centre in Drimoleague Co. Cork. As we said previously this company is superb in every regard. The service and installation are second to none. Every effort was made by the company to accommodate what we wanted. We had a fireplace which we wanted assembled around the stove. The fitter (Lewys) did a very impressive job on this. He was intent on ensuring the fireplace and stove were installed as effectively and as attractively as possible. He did this with no fuss. We are once again delighted with this company and the Charnwood Aire 5. We highly recommend the Woodburning Centre in Drimoleague and the Charnwood Aire 5.

Buy British and buy the best

Our Charnwood Aire 5 has now been up and running for a week, and we’ve turned the central heating down by a good few degrees. A functional appliance which is also very visually attractive, almost hypnotic in fact when lit. It’s really good to know that products are still being manufactured in the UK (and as a bonus in one of our favourite parts of it) which stand comparison with anything manufactured elsewhere in the world. The maker’s confidence in their product is demonstrated by a long and comprehensive warranty. Very pleased indeed with our choice – of manufacturer, dealer R W Knight of Marshfield, and installer Deane Thomas and Gary Williams of Nu Flu, Chippenham.

An excellent stove with good aftersales service

We bought a Charnwood wood burning stove and a fireplace from Direct Stoves in Manchester. This was our first stove and we used an installer (Lee Jensen) linked to the supplier. The installation was messy but swift. The 5Kw stove looks even better than the example in the showroom and provides considerable heat. Minor glitches involving applying online for the stove guarantee were swiftly overcome by dealing directly with Sharon at Charnwood, who was knowledgeable and fun, who also made obtaining optional extras a swift process.

A great product

We used The Stove shop in Tavistock as our supplier and fitter. A really good pre- sales survey, followed by a great fitting team. we had our chimney lined as well as having an Island stove fitted. The team gave us a full demonstration of firing up the new stove and really checked all moving parts. A new CO detection meter was also fitted.
